Nokia plans to inaugurate an online music service in India within the second quarter of this year

Nokia online music service will serve music catering from international as well as local Indian labels. Nokia "Comes With Music" will offer this exclusive music services which will come bundled with certain models of high-end Nokia phones (Nokia's E, N, and XpressMusic) to the buyers.Users can avail a one-year free, unlimited download of music with this Nokia music service. However, initially this service will not be available through the India site. The "Comes with Music" offering will enable users to download the music either to their computers, or directly to their mobile phones.Already available in some other countries, Nokia's music services in India will be protected using digital rights management (DRM) technology. However, after the end of one-year subscription period, users have a choice to retain the music they have downloaded. (via: PCWorld)
