Although Apple iPad 2 has been doing rounds since long, the online world is abuzz with multiple sources suggesting that Apple is planning to hold its much-anticipated event on March 2 to unveil the latest version of its hugely successful iPad, the iPad 2.The new Apple tablet device, the iPad 2, is also said to be thinner, faster and lighter. It is expected to arrive with an improved display, front-facing camera and Facetime video chat support. Reportedly, it may come powered by one of Qualcomm’s multimode chips and will run on both GSM and CDMA-based networks.A report carried on AllThingsD suggests that the event may take place in San Francisco, contradicting recent rumours that suggest iPad 2 launch has been delayed until June. Although, it's still not known whether Apple will send invites for the same or not. So speculations apart, let's wait and watch if March 2 is really going to be the iDay or not?
