The Symbian-based AKAI Connect Book is a dual SIM device with full QWERTY keyboard. The device offers e-mail capabilities to help users stay connected on move. AKAI has earlier released 10 exciting models and a Triple SIM AKAI Trio in the Indian market. The new AKAI Connect Book is an affordably priced smartphone. The device sports a 2.4 inch QVGA screen, a 3.2 megapixel camera and 3.5 mm audio jack. It comes integrated with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.The Connect Book model comes with a smooth trackball and is preloaded with Opera mini browser and MSN Messenger for social networking. The other key features of this device include a music player, FM radio, GPRS class 10 connectivity and 8GB of expandable memory option. The smartphone is presently available in black colour.The AKAI Connect Book further offers dual standby, E-book compatibility, USB & Modem support, Photo Editor, Motion sensor, Blacklist and Video Call Display. The device supports Java, Edge, WAP/MMS/Mobile Chat etc. The handset comes powered with 1000mAh battery and offers a standby time of 300 hrs.AKAI Connect Book is priced at Rs. 5,795 and you can get 4GB memory card free when you purchase this device.
