HTC is all set to launch HTC Wildfire in the Indian market. HTC has recently launched a slew of smartphones in India that included HTC Smart, HTC Legend and HTC HD Mini. The company plans to add HTC Wildfire to its growing portfolio in the coming days.The HTC Wildfire comes powered with a 528 MHz processor, 384 MB RAM & 512 MB ROM and a 1300 mAh battery, which provides up to 480 hours of standby time with up to 8 hours of talk time. The phone has a 3.2 inch QVGA touchscreen display with connectivity options including Wi-Fi, 3G and features an internal GPS receiver too. The smartphone features Android 2.1 with a HTC Sense UI and includes a 5 megapixel auto focus camera having flash support. The HTC Wildfire offers an HTML browser and offers features such as social networking integration. The phone has a Stereo FM radio with RDS and a 3.5mm headset jack.Reportedly, the HTC Wildfire is expected to be priced at about Rs. 16,000 ($343) unlocked in the Indian market.
