Nokia has announced the launch of two new devices - Nokia C2-01 and Nokia X2-01

After the launch of Nokia C1 and C2 dual SIM devices, Nokia has officially announced Nokia C2-01 in the global market. However, unlike the original Nokia C2-00, Nokia C2-01 is a single SIM device.A classic feature phone with the Series 40 OS, the Nokia C2-01 offers traditional keypad, a 3.2-megapixel camera and a 2-inch screen. The key features of this device include a music player, FM radio, Bluetooth connectivity and offers memory cards up to 16GB. Although, the new devices have some common features, but both aim to offer maximum functionality for the lowest price possible. The Nokia C2-01 is the most inexpensive new 3G phone as per Nokia.You can get Nokia Messaging for email and IM along with SMS and chat messages display in a threaded view on this device. It offers Ovi Store for new apps and Ovi Music for tunes. Also, in selected markets, the Nokia C2-01 will come with the Ovi Life Tools service.The next device Nokia X2-01 is designed for social networking and fast communications. The key features of this device include a full QWERTY keypad, a 2.4-inch QVGA screen and a VGA camera on the back. The Nokia X2-01 supports memory cards up to 8GB. The device does not offer Wi-Fi and comes enabled with GPRS/EDGE data. The new Nokia Xseries device comes powered by the new Communities app which integrates Facebook into the device, one click access to music, the media player, FM radio and the Ovi Music service, for unlimited access to a vast library of tunes in selected markets. There's also Ovi Store for fresh apps. Ovi Life Tools will also be available in some territories.The Nokia C2-01 will be available from the first Quarter of 2011 at an expected price around €70, while the Nokia X2-01 will be available from this Quarter at an expected price of €80.
