Samsung has circulated media invites for a November 8 event in New York where it plans to unveil its new Android device

Samsung invites media to join Samsung Mobile for the unveiling of a new Android device on November 8 at 6 pm. Other than this, there is not much clue or hint about the proposed mystery device that Samsung plans to reveal at this special event.However, if you scan the phone call icons, you may get some basic idea about this device. The icons suggest that this new Android phone will support media player, Android Market, web browser, chat, mail and Google Maps. Also, there are some random stock quotes displayed in the background.There are speculations that this new Android device may well be the unannounced Gingerbread phone. As Samsung is set to announce the arrival of Android 2.3 codenamed Gingerbread, so this may well be the first smartphone having Google's new OS experience.Then there are others who guess that this mystery device may be Samsung Galaxy Continuum (SCH-i400) which promises dual display screens for the users.While we keep on speculating about this new Samsung release, let's wait until November 8 when the cat will finally be out of the bag.
