Pictures of the Nokia's upcoming MeeGo-powered Nokia N9 leak online

Some pictures of the Nokia N9, which is reported to run on the MeeGo OS, were leaked online. These photos were compared with the recently released MeeGo OS developer version, which disclosed the fact that the icons in the taskbar were similar. This, very well, confirmed the notion that the device is running the offspring of Moblin and Maemo. The Nokia N9, which will be Nokia's next flagship device after N8, sports a full N97 -style slide out with a full aluminium chassis. Nokia is expected to launch Nokia N9 smartphone in December this year, just 2 months after the scheduled release of the Symbian^3 powered Nokia N8.
