Motorola launches YUVA W396 to woo the Indian youth

Mobile phone manufacturer Motorola on Tuesday launched the seventh phone in the MOTOYUVA series in the Indian market. Branded the MOTOYUVA W396, it's an entry level multimedia phone and is priced at Rs 4,200. "The MOTOYUVA W396 comes with FM radio and an optional removable micro SDTM card with up to 2 GB expandable memory. It offers a storage capacity of 1,000 contacts and 750 SMSs," said Faisal Siddique, Motorola Mobile Devices' Product and Solutions Director for India and Southwest Asia. The MOTOYUVA W396 has a 128x160 65,000pixel TFT display and comes with a VGA camera with 4x digital zoom. The phone can be used for its features like camera, FM radio, MP3 player without even inserting a SIM card. The company has been betting big on the entry level series.
