If you are in Uttar Pradesh or Uttarakhand and not a Reliance Communications (RCom) user, you might like to think about switching over as the latest set of tariff plans from the operator allows local calls for as little as 30 paise per minute. Under the 'Jaadu STV 45' scheme a prepaid GSM user, when recharging their mobie by Rs 45, can make calls to RCom GSM or CDMA users for the 30 paise flat rate. Other cell users and networks will cost you 60 paise per minute. An STD call to any network is offered at Rs 1 per minute. Also, the scheme makes night calls to RCom GSM or CDMA absolutely free. Users get Rs 20 as talktime and validity of 90 days when recharging using this offer.
