Lemon Mobiles has launched a new candybar style dual SIM device - the Lemon iT 717, which offers Opera Mini browser, many pre-installed JAVA applications, EDGE and a full touchscreen display. The dual SIM phone delivers ultimate entertainment, multimedia and communication experience to the user, thereby providing convenient services to the users at economical prices. The handset comes preloaded with Opera Mini browser for mobiles, which employ server side data compression technology for reducing data download. This technology compresses web pages by about 90% while reducing expenses incurred on GPRS access.The device sports a 3 inch TFT tull touchscreen display, which enables the user to enjoy enhanced services such as watching videos, web browsing, playing games and viewing images. Lemon iT 717 mobile phone weighs 100 grams and is only 15.5 mm thick. It supports 28 MB internal memory with a microSD Memory Card Slot for expanded memory with maximum 8GB storage space. The new offering offers utilities such as MMS, SMS, IM client and Email client, besides allowing the user to store 500 SMS and 2000 entries in the phonebook. The advanced integrated MP3 media player of the Lemon iT 717 supports AMR, Midi and MP3 formats while the video player supports AVI, MP4 and 3GP formats. A 3.2 megapixel resolution fixed focus digital camera enables picture resolution of about 2048 x 1536. In addition, the handset can be used as a cellular modem and a plug-and-play USB drive without any separate drives. The Nimbuzz application offers single point access to Messenger services like AOL, MSN, Yahoo, G-Talk, Skype, Twitter and Facebook. With a 1100 mAh Lithium-ion battery, stand-by time of 190 hours and talk time of 5 hours is supported. Some of the key features include Magic Shaker, stopwatch, Alarm clock, torch, and voice memo.
