Russian joint venture Sistema Teleservices’s MTS brand today announced a new tariff scheme for its mobile subscribers in Kerala for the upcoming Onam festival in the state The two new plans launched and branded as MSaver 98 and MSaver 199 offer subscribers in the circle 1st free on all local calls with subsequent charges from 2nd minute at 49 paise per minute. The validity of MSaver 98 and Msaver 199 vouchers are 30 days and 180 days respectively. The two vouchers can also be combined with MCard499,Msaver51 and MSaver 149 voucher as the subscribers will be automatically moved back to respective current tariff plans subscribed by them. STD calls will be charged Re.1 per minute while local and national SMS to be charged 50 paise per SMS and international SMS at Rs5 per SMS.
