There's hardly a day when we don't hear a new announcement of mobile phones getting launched somewhere around the world. With every passing day, it's really tougher for companies to cook up new names for their future products. And it's probably the first instance when a company has used a social networking platform to get the public opinion for the naming of a new device. HTC has come up with this novel idea to post a poll on their FaceBook profile for the users to help them suggest a right name for an upcoming but undisclosed HTC device.The HTC poll tells the FaceBook users:The guys and gals in the lab are working on something new and we want you involved in the process. We are looking for a name that is playful and full of youth. If you were to choose one of the following names for a new phone, what would it be? Here are the options in no particular order:HTC JoviHTC ZealHTC WildfireHTC FestiSurprisingly, HTC Wildfire is leading the race with 45% (1,359 votes) to date. So guys, what's your choice?
