Google has rolled on Orkut and Google Buzz on the mobile phones with Android

With the recent announcement of 'Gesture Search for Android', Google has launched couple of new apps for Android phones. Orkut, one of the most popular social networking sites in India, is now available on Android phones running version 1.6 or higher. Now you can stay connected to your Orkut friends on the go. Orkut app for Android will help users with scrap notifications, direct photo uploads to Orkut albums and a phonebook imbedded with your friends' phone numbers and status messages. To install Orkut friends live folders users need to click "Menu > Add > Folders > Orkut" on their Android device’s home screen after installing the Orkut for Android application.Also you can simply upload photos from your Android Photo Gallery to Orkut albums by simply clicking "Menu > Share > Orkut" while browsing your photos in the Android Photo Gallery to get started. With this app, users will get notifications on their Android device when they have new scraps on Orkut. To install the Orkut for Android application visit Android Market from your Android device and search for "Orkut" under the social applications category. Or, you can scan the QR code to install it. Google Buzz, which was announced recently, is now also available on Android devices. Google Buzz widget for Android phones allows users to post text and photos with a single tap. With plan to add support for other languages soon, the Buzz app is initially available in English for Android phones running v1.6 and later.                             To download this app, users need to search for 'Google Buzz' in the Android Market. Also, after installing, you can add this app to your home screen: tap "Menu" while on the home screen and select "Add > Widgets > Google Buzz".
