When Apple launched iPhone 3G S at the Worldwide Developers Conference in San Francisco this week, the world sat up and just watched. Everyone thought of owning one. The same phone is coming to India in two months time. Apple iPhone 3G S which is a much improved version of iPhone 3G is believed to make its India arrival in August, reported The Economic Times. Apple has exclusive tie up with two of India's leading GSM operators, Bharti Airtel and Vodafone. And these two operators would bring the iPhone 3G S to India. However, on which date it would be launched here is not yet known. Apple launched its iPhone 3G version in India in August last year but it could not achive the much anticipated sales target, may be due to its steep price or the lack of 3G services in the country. But, undoubtedly India is eagerly waiting for the iPhone 3G S.
