Sony Ericsson to introduce PlayStation Phone and new Xperia devices

Sony Ericsson will announce new Xperia series devices at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on the 13th of February

Although Sony Ericsson has not given any official word on the much rumoured PlayStation Phone, the Xperia Play, but as it is going to launch new Xperia devices, the Playstation Phone is anticipated to be the new member of the Xperia family.A Japanese publication Asahi Shimbun has also reported that Sony will launch the 'Xperia Play' as early as the spring. The report further suggests that Android-powered PlayStation Phone will come equipped with Sony's handheld PSP Go game console.The rumour mills are working since long for this eagerly anticipated Sony's Playstation Phone, Sony has not officially confirmed or denied anything. Let's wait for the Barcelona MWC event to finally know who all are the welcome members of the Sony Ericsson's extended Xperia family.
