Designed for increased protection from external influences, Samsung SPH-W9705 will be available exclusively via KT, the South Korean mobile operator. The rugged device sports reinforced plastic coating that will provide coverage from accidental damages from strokes, falls, dust, water and low or high temperatures. Integrated with an electronic compass, pedometer and altimeter, the device is ideally suited for those who enjoy mountain climbing or any other outdoor sports. Samsung SPH-W9705 model comes with a 2.4 inch TFT display. It supports HSDPA and GSM communications. The Anycall Extreme SPH-W9705 flip phone is equipped with a 2 megapixel camera, about 83 MB of memory and microSD memory card support up to 16 GB.On the communication front, the device is WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS (A-GPS) enabled. Offering an emergency (SOS) call feature, the device comes embedded with games. It also presents loads of app that include planner, electronic dictionary, converters, notes, calculator, alarm clock, world clock, stopwatch and subway maps.
