Micromax's Bling 2 Android powered phone leaked online

We had reported earlier last week that Bling 2, successor of Bling Q55 was on its way. Well the Bling 2, also know as A55 ( A for Android plus all the girly touches of Q55) has been revealed. Courtesy to folks at igyaan.in we get a sneak peek at the bling 2 also known as A55, the smart Android powered phone for women.

Bling 2 is one of the most anticipated Micromax phones scheduled for releases this year. Bling Q55 won the ladies hearts with its cute look, usability and not to mention the smooth pearl finish, Cubic Zirconia, a compact rear mirror and swivel design. It was the first time a phone was designed with women in mind. So you can well imagine our excitement over Bling 2 and what it will bring!

There is not much information revealed about Bling 2 yet, but we do know that the device will run on Android 2.2 and will come equipped with a capacitive touchscreen and a revamped candy-bar form.

From the look of it, Bling 2 has retained its white color background like Q55 but the design this time is more streamlined like other Android phones. But it's still 'girly' with jewels embedded around the front 'home' button and behind on the camera.

Bling 2 is also likely to be a dual SIM mobile. There is no information on the price available right now, but going with Bling pricing which was around Rs 5,500, we can presume that Bling 2 might be priced a little higher. The launch date is still unconfirmed but we are pegging the timeline between mid April to May. Hopefully they will not make us wait any longer.

Bling 2 will be Micromax's second Android phone after Micromax A60 which was released last year.
