The Olive Fluid smartphone was unveiled just couple of days back with a price tag or Rs. 10,990 in India. We did a review of this handset and also mentioned that the price was a bit higher compared to the other budget Android phones available in the market.
Equipped with a 3.5 inch HVGA TFT capacitive multi-touch screen display with 320 x 480 resolution, the Olive Fluid runs Android 2.1. It sports a 3-megapixels camera with video player and recording, 3G HSDPA up to 7.2 Mbps, 256MB internal memory and MicroSD support up to 32GB.
Now finally, Olive Telecom has slashed the price of its new device by Rs. 2,500 more. It means that if you buy it online through Olive store online, you will be getting Rs. 2,500 (latest discount) + Rs. 500 (launch discount) on this device. So the new Olive Fluid just costs Rs. 7,990 in India.
