Samsung India has recently announced an entry-level 3G handset Samsung Hero 3G. This new mobile phone comes with exciting features like video calling and it is by far one of the cheapest 3G phones available in the Indian market.
The new Samsung Hero 3G phone E3213 supports superb multimedia attributes and loads of social networking features other than the high speed internet due to HSPDA 3.6Mbps data.
The affordable handset features a 2-inch QVGA TFT display that supports 128×160 pixels screen resolution. There is a primary VGA camera placed on the back of the device and a seoncdary camera for video calling.
While the Samsung Hero offers an FM radio on loudspeaker with FM recording option, it also integrates many more entertainment features. The Samsung Hero 3G is equipped with 36MB internal memory and offers up to 8GB external memory, so data storage is not a problem in this gadget.
The Hero 3G is Java enabled and also supports excellent features like IM as well as Email messaging. It comes in the dimensions of 112.8 x 46.4 x 12.9 mm. For connectivity, it offers GPRS, EDGE and Bluetooh.
The mobile phone offers 5.5 hours of talk time due to its powerful Li-Ion 800 mAh standard battery. At the same time, it is also a bit light in weight as it weighs around 79.3 grams.
The Samsung Hero E3213 3G is available all over India at an approximate price of Rs. 3,500.
