HTC Wildfire S is ready to enter Indian market

HTC may unveil its upcoming HTC Wildfire S in India very soon. It will be an addition to its existing wide range of smartphones that have been announced lately in the Indian market. This Wildfire S smartphone is an updated version of the HTC’s existing mobile phone HTC Wildfire.
The Wildfire S runs the new Gingerbread Android 2.3 device, which will be launched shortly in India as per the online reports. The devices is expected to be priced at around Rs. 16,000 in the Indian market.
Equipped with number of advanced features and an impressive design, the HTC Wildfire S comes embedded with HTC Sense and supports Android 2.3 gingerbread operating system that offers a smooth touch experience to the users.
This new HTC handset sports a 3.2-inches HVGA display screen at the resolutions of 320X480 pixels. Moreover, it includes a powerful 600MHz Qualcomm CPU and 512MB of RAM and ROM that provides a lot of storage space.
A 5-megapixel camera is fixed on the back of it with an efficient LED flash for video recording. There is an another front facing camera that allows video calling. The new Wildfire S comes in the dimensions of 10.13 cm x 5.94 cm.
For excellent connectivity, Bluetooth 3.0, WiFi b/g/n and GPS are provided with the handset. It also allows the users to experience faster Internet and numerous social network sites, using its 3G connectivity feature.
When it comes to the multimedia attributes of the new HTC smartphone, then it supports aac, .amr, .ogg, .m4a, .mid, .mp3, .wav, .wma, 3gp, .3g2, .mp4, .wmv file formats. Besides, there is a 3.5 mm stereo audio jack available for personalised loud music experience. However, the Wildfire S lacks an optical trackpad.
