Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Tab 8.9 may arrive next month in India

Samsung is planning to bring its upcoming tablet devices, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the Galaxy Tab 8.9, as early as next month in India. The tentative launch was confirmed by Samsung Mobile India Head Ranjit Yadav recently.
As per his statement, the company will introduce its Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the Tab 8.9 in the market in India by next month and these tablets will be priced around Rs. 35,000 and Rs. 28,000 respectively.
These upcoming tablets will compete against the already existing Apple's newly released iPad 2 and the Dell Streak. Other than that there are couple of local tablet devices Notion Ink Adam and the OlivePad available in the market.
The price range of these Samsung tablets is indicating, that these might be the Wi-Fi only versions, as the brand has promised at CTIA 2011 that the Wi-Fi only versions will launch first in the market.
Both these new tablet devices will run Android Honeycomb with the latest version Touchwiz UI. Whereas, the extra widgets include a Live panel that offers most significant information at a glance.
Live panels will consist features like Gallery, Agenda, E-mail, Weather, News, Buddies now, Stocks, Date and Bookmarks. It will also include a Mini Apps tray that will another added attribute to the new Galaxy Tab.
The Android Honeycomb tablet will be embedded with a fast dual core processor and a beautiful 10.1-inch TFT LCD screen touchscreen. The Tab 10.1 will offer a crystal clear resolution of 1280 x 800.
Samsung has not yet announced the exact date for the release of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 yet, but both these tablets are expected to reach in the market next month in India.
