HTC ChaCha, Salsa up for pre-order

HTC unveiled its Facebook phones - the HTC ChaCha and HTC Salsa - at MWC this year. The upcoming devices are anticiapted eagarly worldwide and now both the devices are spotted on Amazon UK for pre-order.

The HTC ChaCha and HTC Salsa can be pre-booked on the Amazon UK site at a price starting at £250. Reportedly, the devices are expected to be launched on June 26.

Amazon UK has recently added pre-order pages for the both of these upcoming HTC Facebook phones, mentioning a launch date of 26th June. The upcoming HTC ChaCha can be pre-ordered for £250 ($409), while the HTC Salsa can be booked for £320 ($524).

The new HTC ChaCha packs a 2.6 inch landscape touchscreen display, HTC Sense, QWERTY keyboard, 5-megapixels colour camera with auto focus and LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera.

Both these new social networking phones come powered with one-touch Facebook access, 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processors and 512MB of RAM. The HTC Salsa comes equipped with a 3.4 inch display, HTC Sense, 5-megapixels camera and a VGA front-facing camera.

HTC's new Facebook phones - ChaCHa and Salsa - are designed to appeal to the young mobile phone users who want to stay connected on the go and use smartphones for their social networking needs.

Although, there's no word on the India launch of these devices, but the new HTC devices with deep Facebook integration, QWERTY keyboard and new HTC Sense UI will certainly appeal to the teens, when launched in India.
