Apple iPad gets Adobe Photoshop apps

Adobe's Photoshop apps compatible with Apple's iPad can now be downloaded from the App Store. These three apps named as Color Lava, Eazel and Nav, were announced last month, which have finally released.

One of those, the Adobe Nav app is the cheapest among all, which is priced at $1.99. This app lets the user to access Photoshop tools and browse their open documents. Users can select their preferred apps from the Photoshop toolbar, while using their iPad to select whichever tool they desire.

The Nav app also provides preview of Photoshop documents and allows to create new documents from within the app, besides closing files.

Adobe Eazel, is the most costly app among all of these three apps, which is priced at $4.99. This app is particularly a finger-painting tool with some exciting features. This app does not provide any immediate user interface, but you have to put five fingers on the iPad and that will bring up menus to change the opacity, brush size and color.

It includes an amazing feature that is brush realism: The paint is ‘wet' when you first apply, it gets dry in a few seconds, so if you cross it with another stroke, the paint will get mixed. This fabulous app can send the final art to Photoshop, complete with all layers for fine-tuning.

The third Photoshop app for Apple earlier released is Color Lava, available for $2.99. This is also an interesting app, which lets the users to use their fingertips to mix colors on the iPad and make unique swatches, which are transferrable to Photoshop later. Lava also allows the users to create and organize several colour themes to use in their Photoshop project.
