Tech-Com, which forayed into the mobile phone market in India with the launch of nine models, has announced that the company will roll out a slew of devices that include a Triple SIM phone, touch phones and 3G-enabled handsets.

Techcom mobile phones are available in the price range of Rs. 1,500-4,000 in India. The company plans to launch its new touch phone and 3G-enabled phone models in 2011-12. With its recent announcements, the company is expecting a market share of 3-4 per cent by 2012, reports TelecomTiger.

"3G services have just begun in the country and we will see a momentum in later part of this year. We will have models ready by then. Besides, we will launch a model that can take three SIMs," Mr Ajay Kumar Kedia, Managing Director of Tech-Com, said.

Although there are few Triple SIM devices such as Zen M111, Akai Trio and Intex IN 5030 phone available in the Indian market, we expect some new innovations with the new Techcom Triple SIM handset.
