The successor of the extremely popular and preferred BlackBerry Torch smartphone, BlackBerry Torch 2 has once again made a appearance online, and this time with some additional images and specifications.
The online website TechnoBuffalo recently shared few leaked images and specs of the BlackBerry smartphone, Torch 2 that has not been officially announced by Research In Motion (RIM).
The upcoming BlackBerry Torch 2 will be including a 3.17-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of (640 x 480). It will feature a powerful 1.2 GHz processor and 768MB RAM for multi-tasking and faster performance.
The BlackBerry Torch 2 aka 9810, has got much attractive covering than the earlier version named BlackBerry Torch. In addition, it has a metallic battery cover unlike the previous model. This marvelous smartphone will run over the latest BlackBerry 7 OS, which is highly advanced.
The BlackBerry device will be sporting an 8GB of internal memory, while there is an option provided to expand the storage space up to 32GB, through a microSD card slot. Also, the BlackBerry Torch 2 will be featuring a 5-megapixel camera on the back of it that is capable of recording HD videos with 720 pixels.
This new BlackBerry smartphone from the hands of RIM is expected to be a great hit in the market. The smartphone is expected to be announced by the company in coming months, although it will definitely take some more time to reach in India.
