The American technology giant, Microsoft is again in news for its upcoming product's launch. A tablet, which has been long in the rumours to have Tegra operating system, may soon be unveild by the company.

As per Bloomberg, Microsoft plans to showcase a touchscreen tablet that runs on NVIDIA's ARM-based Tegra chip. Microsoft representatives declined to comment on this, however Steve Ballmer indicated at an event in a speech in New Delhi: "We are in a race".
While he also added, "We are not doing that badly, frankly. We are doing pretty well in that race. But the race is on to continue to push Windows to a variety of new form factors."
Although the latest operating system will not be available until next year, "the company is eager to show it is moving forward, seeking to generate demand among computer makers and chip suppliers", according to the online reports.
Earlier WinRumors also reported that Microsoft will demonstrate the tablet software design at All Things D, which is being held in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
