Acer has unveiled a new Windows Phone 7 device Acer W4 at Computex event. The elegant looking device comes in a beautiful black coloured casing.
The device runs the latest Windows Phone 7 Mango OS. A Windows phone device by Acer was evident as at the time of announcement of the Mango OS, Microsoft introduced Acer as the latest hardware partner.
This upcoming Acer device follows Microsoft’s hardware regulations. It comes equipped with a powerful Qualcomm MSM8255 processor running at 1GHz and an 8GB of internal memory.
The Acer W4 sports a 3.6 inch WVGA screen with a resolution support of 480 x 480 pixels. It packs a 5-megapixel camera with auto-focus and works over 3G HSPA 850/1900 or 900/2100 and 2G GSM quad band 850/900/ 1800/ 1900 MHz.
The Acer smartphone includes fantastic connectivity features that include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1. Moreover, the mobile phone comes with DLNA Support (DMC).
