Notion Ink has again resumed the sale of its tablet device Adam. The Bangalore-based company has always been in news ever since they started developing their tablet, its launch and finally due to their unique marketing approach.

Last year in December, the CEO of Notion Ink Rohan Shravan posted on their official blogabout the pre-order status of the device, with the catch - Pre-Order will continue for long, its just that the members will be given highest priority. So don't worry :)

Notion Ink Adam tablet has received mixed reviews by the tech experts and the company has been subject to numerous queries by the customers partly due to their vague online sales scheme. Well, again they have restarted Adam's sale online via 'invitation only' mode.

They have posted 'Want to buy an Adam? Click here for an invite!' on the homepage. Once you click it, you will get the message: "If you wish to receive an invite in the next round of orders, please leave your e-mail address below." You need to fill in your e-mail and country details for them to define whether you are eligible for their product or not.

The pricing details for different versions of the Adam tablet are mentioned below:

Backlit LCD, WiFi only: Rs. 19,000
Backlit LCD, WiFi+3G: Rs. 22,000
Pixel Qi LCD, WiFi: Rs. 24,000
Pixel Qi LCD, WiFi+3G: Rs. 27,000

Those who missed the earlier posts, here's a brief recap: The Adam tablet weighs around 1.6 pounds and comes in a 269 mm x 191 mm x 14 mm dimension. The device packs NVIDIA Tegra 250 chip with dual core Cortex A-9.

Notion Ink Adam is equipped with a 10.1 inch WSVGA screen with multi touch, anti-glare and scratch resistant features. It will come powered with Android 2.3 with Kernel version 2.6.35. Enabled with WLAN, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and 3G HSPA, the Adam packs a 3.2-megapixel auto focus swivel camera.
