A few days back images of the Samsung's rumoured Galaxy S II I9101 smartphone appeared and now its specs that are surfacing over the Internet. The company has not yet made this mobile phone official, but the leaked specs are doing the rounds online.
The specifications of Samsung Galaxy S II I9101 appeared online at the Samsung Mobile Singapore's Facebook page. However, the specs are not official and may vary from the actual product.
As per the leaked specifications, we expect that the new Galaxy S II I9101 will be running over the TI OMAP4430 chipset, which is based over a 1GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 CPU and PowerVR SGX 540 GPU.
The other key features of the upcoming version of Samsung Galaxy S II may include 1GB of RAM, just like the already released Galaxy S II. Although, the present S II runs on a custom-made Orion chipset with 1.2GHz dual-core CPU and Mali-400MP GPU.
Reportedly, the Galaxy S II I9101 model will include Samsung's Super Clear LCD in place of the Super AMOLED Plus. There's no mention of any details about the phone's camera specifications and other hardware details of the device.
