Huawei India launches IDEOS X5, IDEOS X2 and IDEOS Chat

Huwawei has launched its Ideos range of smartphones in the Indian market. Recently, the company has unveiled IDEOS X5, IDEOS X2 and IDEOS Chat smartphones in India above Rs. 8,000 price point. The new devices will hit the stores on June 13.

Mr. Anand Narang, marketing director of Huawei Devices has recently stated, "Consumers can purchase Ideos X5, X2 and Chat from retail outlets from June 13." He added that Ideos range of devices is basically targeted at youngsters and also those who wish to experience the Android operating system.

The Huawei's Ideos X5 is priced at Rs 14,999 and sports an attractive 3.8 inches full touch screen display and a 5-megapixel camera with flash. Besides the device offers a 4GB of internal storage space and provides a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Whereas, the another handset IDEOS X2 is priced at Rs 8,999. This new Huawei smartphone runs over Android 2.2 operating system and offers easy access to Facebook, Twitter, Google Mobile Suite and other useful applications. For entertainment it provides an in-built music player, 3.5 mm jack, 3.2-megapixel camera and an FM radio.

The IDEOS Chat is the cheapest of the lot as it is priced at Rs 8,199 in the market. This device is also an Android supporting smartphone, which is beautifully designed using full QWERTY keyboard and also offers you to add smileys in the texts and useful Google search through dedicated keys.

Recently we have also heard that the company is planning to launch its upcoming Android-based MediaPad tablet by this month.
