Nokia N8 in pretty pink hue arrives in India

Announced a month back, the Nokia N8 in Pink colour has now arrived in India. The Pink version of the Nokia's one of the most successful smartphones Nokia N8 comes in limited edition which is dedicated to the fashion conscious women who love to flaunt their gadgets.

The new Nokia N8 boasts of a sleek, aluminum casing, elegant design and a shiny new exterior. The device comes equipped with a 12-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and Xenon flash, HD video recording, Ovi Maps, Ovi Store and a raft of multimedia features.

Preloaded with a 3.5 inch capacitive touchscreen, the device offers HD-quality videos with Dolby Digital Plus surround sound. You can enjoy fifty hours of music playback on the Nokia N8 Pink version. Plus, you get the best Mobile TV with E!, CNN and National Geographic channels.

At the launch earlier, Nokia N8 Pink was announced with the new Anna OS, an upgrade of Symbian S^3 platform - for faster browser, improved text input, new icons and the latest version of Ovi Maps. However, there's no confirmation as yet if the Nokia N8 in Pink will feature the Anna OS or not in India.

The Nokia N8 in Pink limited edition smartphone is now available at a price of Rs. 22,999 in select Nokia Priority Stores across 18 cities.
