Just last week we spotted Motorola's highly anticipated and rumored Droid 3 aka Milestone 3 make an online appearance. The device was caught on camera in a tutorial video leaked on YouTube via German site PhonePads.com. We had mentioned in our news story that since the rumoured Motorola Droid 3 has posed for camera now, the leak was quite imminent. Looks like we were bang on target.



A little birdie tells us that the Android smartphone is available at Gameloft and Verizon is aiming at July 7 to launch the device. While we are waiting to hear that "yes I dos" from either Motorola or Verizon, we can definitely assure you guys who want to catch hold of this stunning device that the launch date is close®.

What has caught the attention of the mobile users are the Moto Droid specs which have been bumped quite a bit - be it is the display or keyboard it comes in a bigger package. The upcoming device will be sporting a five-row QWERTY slider keyboard, Swype and an 8-megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video recordings.

The phone also offers users a VGA front-facing camera, 1,500mAh battery and new Motoblur UI on top of Android. Powered by a dual-core TI OMAP processor, the device comes with a 512MB of RAM and offers a host of exciting features which makes it the popular pick among the droid fans.

Last month Motorola unveiled its Droid X2 globally. Equipped with features 4.3-inch qHD display and a powerful dual-core 1GHz processor, Droid X2 came along with a GPS and HDMI support. Stay tuned on more Motorola Droid 3 news. Would it be launched on July 7 - what do you say droid fans?
