After a long time rumours about the unlocked iPhone 4, Apple has finally released it silently. The device is available in both the variants just like its prior released locked version.
The Apple online store now showing both a 16GB and 32GB unlocked version of iPhone 4. Besides, both these versions are available in the black as well as white colour options. The 16GB model is priced at $649, whereas the 32GB variant is prices at $749.
On contrary to it, Apple is currently selling its locked versions of the smartphone for $199 and $299 for the 16GB and 32GB models, respectively. So, the price variation it clearly noticeable as it is too higher, but the iPhone lovers who wish to buy an unlocked version would hardly care about this.
On the iPhone 4 product page, Apple has mentioned: "If you don’t want a multiyear service contract or if you prefer to use a local carrier when traveling abroad, the unlocked iPhone 4 is the best choice. It arrives without a micro-SIM card, so you’ll need an active micro-SIM card from any supported GSM carrier worldwide."
Also there company has made it clear that you'll get all the features of iPhone 4 like FaceTime video calling, HD video recording, Retina display and a lot more. Other than the option to use any supported GSM wireless carrier of your choice, the smartphones giant has made it clear that this Apple phone will also work all over the world on "supported GSM carriers."
