The last time we heard about the rumoured tablet iPad 3, it was supposed to be released by year 2012. However, there are rumours floating around the cyber highways suggesting that Apple is planning to launch its iPad 3 before this year end.
Reuters has recently published in a report that the globally renowned smartphone and tablet devices manufacturing brand, Apple may announce its iPad 3 tablet in Q4 of this year.
A Hong Kong based research company CLSA says, "While most vendors appear fixated on matching the specifications and features of iPad 2, our checks suggest Apple will release iPad 3 in time for the holiday season, sporting a better display and LTE capabilities."
The really interesting part of this report is that the source says the upcoming iPad version "would have image resolution 5-6 times higher than iPad 2." We found this really very surprising as earlier released both the iPad and the iPad 2 feature same 9.7 inch screen and have 1024 x 768 pixels resolution. It is also expected to be supporting 4G network.
Unfortunately, there are no clear details about the upcoming Apple tablet as of now. Reportedly, the device is expected to be released around when iOS 5 will release, which includes more than 200 exciting latest features.
Besides its improved display resolution, the Apple iPad 3 tablet is also likely to have a more capable rear camera, as the present model’s camera has a surprisingly low resolution. Let's see if Apple makes it more slimmer than the present iPad 2 or not.
We'll keep you updated on the highly anticipated Apple iPad 3 device with more information in the coming days. Stay tuned.
