Micromax launches Micromax Q80 push email business phone for Rs 5000

We were the first to break news of the Micromax Q80 phone way back in April and we are happy to see this much anticipated phone from the Micromax Q series finally make an appearance. 

As we had reported, Micromax Q80's USP is its push email service called Ez mail. Ez mail functions like any other push email service, pushing  email as it arrives rather than the older method which requires the client to pull mail manually.

It is very easy to set up the EZ mail on Micromx Q80. Q80 users can simply click on Micromax EZ mail which will take them to "EZ Mail page set up". Simply fill in the form and your contact information and the kind of email system you would like to set up - pop, IMAP or Exchange and Micromax will set up your email domain.

We had already anticipated some of the features of the Micromax Q80 earlier on. As expected this business phone comes with dual SIM capabilities and is 2G/3G enabled. We were quite happy to find two cameras strapped to the device, a primary 3 mega-pixel camera and a secondary 0.3 mega-pixel camera, making the phone quite handy to make video calls.

The push-email qwerty phone also comes packed with a lot of other features like face and smile detection, NG pay (India's largest mall on mobile), Nimbuzz, newshunt, Bloomberg UTV, Snaptu and Burnout game.

Micromax Q80 sports a bar form and comes in the dimension of 117mm x60mmx 13mm. At just 118g this lightweight dual SIM beauty sports a 6.1 cms with a resolution of 320x240.

This ultra sleek and sexy business device comes with a 1200 mAH battery life that offers talk time of 5 hours and a standby time of 5 days. Equipped with a expandable memory of 8GB, Micromax Q80 will be available for Rs 4,500.
