The smartphone manufacturing giant, HTC seems all set to announce its new device. May be it is just waiting for Microsoft's official launch of the Windows Phone 7 Mango update, which is expected to be coming out in just few weeks from now.
A German website HTC Inside has recently revealed some details of the HTC's upcoming Windows Phone 7 based smartphone. According to which the device is going to sport a big 4.7-inch LCD touchscreen, which is simply amazing as most of the handsets doesn't have such a large screen.
The HTC Eternity is comprised of next generation processor and is also equipped with other much more advanced hardware. We might see this Mango pre-loaded smartphone by later this year.
Eternity has a most powerful 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM 8255 processor along with an excellent Adreno 205 graphics chip. In addition, the device includes 16 GB of on board storage and 512 MB of RAM.
Other than this, the HTC smartphone also has an effective 8-megapixel camera with autofocus and capable of recording 720p HD video. Whereas, the upcoming HTC phone also sports an another 1.3-megapixel camera in the front, for video calling purpose.
Moreover, the Eternity will also be featuring Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Gravity Sensor, eCompass, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, Digital audio with SRS Surround Sound, FM Radio and 3.5 mm audio port.
We hope to see the new Mango update pre-installed smartphones in India, by the time Windows Phone will officially launch in India.
