The most awaited smartphone iPhone 5 launch may get postponed by Apple until next year, due to an overheating dual-core A5 chip, says a recent report of Sohu.com.
Rumours are around that Apple will instead introduce its iPhone 5 later this year or early next year. May be the the US-based smartphone manufacturer is planning to release it with new A6 chip or may be after figuring out the A5 overheating problems.
According to the report, Apple will instead introduce a slightly upgraded 'iPhone 4S' device, with may be similar design as the iPhone 4. It may release somewhere around September or October this year.
Even a few days back, there was a rumour that Apple is trying to use extremely compact and thin parts in its upcoming device iPhone 5, in-order to make it more slim and sleek. But, the engineers are finding it quite difficult to install them inside the device may be that is also one of the reason for its delay.
This upcoming mobile phone is likely to feature an improved 8-megapixel camera, and it is also expected to have a faster dual-core processor, both the two specs are on a par with the earlier reports.
As per the report, a few insiders are saying that despite the iPhone 5 will face longer delays, but the company is not in such hurry as available iPhone 4 in worldwide is selling like hot cakes.
Lets see what company actually has in its mind, and what actually comes out from the house of Apple, whether it is an iPhone 5 or iPhone 4S or may be both of them one after the other.
