Motorola Photon 4G ready to launch in US on July 31

Sprint has announced the Motorola's latest creation Photon 4G, a WiMAX-enabled smartphone. This mobile phone will be launched on July 31st in the US, which is priced at $199.99 (Rs. 8,913 approx) on a new two year contract.
The company revealed the device at a press event in the early June. The latest Photon 4G is going to be the Sprint's first handset, powered by a dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor that is highly capable.
Let us brief you about the Motorola Photon 4G's features, it sports a 4.3-inches marvelous qHD display, an efficient rear 8-megapixel camera and a VGA front-facing camera. Besides, the Motorola smartphone also has 16GB of internal storage space and also supports an SDcard of up to 32GB for additonal memory space. The device also has Sprint ID support as well as runs popular Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
Amazingly, the Photon 4G also allows world-roaming facility for international travel, which makes it really outstanding. Although, it is not is not yet confirmed that what countries it will support, but it supposedly supports WiMAX in Asia. If it is true then if will be exciting to see it in near future.
The Motorola Photon 4G will be available for all in the US from July 31st, Sprint Premier customers will get the privilege to purchase the phone online, three days in advance from July 28th.
This latest handset from Motorola is an another excellent smartphone, soon after it released Motorola Atrix. However, Indian users are still waiting to see the Atrix 4G, which has fantastic features and specs 5-megapixels camera, Mobile TV live, Adobe Flash player and 3D Graphics hardware accelerator and HD Video playback & recording.
