The new 0S7 will bring an upgraded version of web browser, enhanced by RIM’s new Just-in-time Java Script compiler, which boost HTML5 support. It will also have pinch to zoom and flash support and HTML rendering.
You will also get new liquid graphic interface, which will certainly improve the visual quality of the Blackberry devices. It is also expected that the new range of Blackberry smartphones will be packed with upgraded CPU and GPU capabilities. So, in the new devices you will see major changes in its both hardware and software technology. It might also support the NFC technology and the HD video recording.

The interface might not bring a lot more changes for you but you will see the new enlarged touch buttons. You will be able to switch to other windows very conveniently. The next OS7 will be really fast and it will be great to work on it.
The Blackberry balance which might be the new feature can assist you in transferring your data from separate streams of content to only one device, which would be a great relief for many blackberry users.
