Apple iPhone 5 leaked cases reveal design clues

The rumors regarding the Apple iPhone 5 are in full swing. After a week long speculations around the potential release dates, the focus is back on the iPhone 5 looks - thanks to a leaked case of the device which made its way to the online world.

The leaked case comes courtesy to 9to5 Mac and forms a key point of interest as it divulges details in the schematics of the highly anticipated device. The case indicates a thinner version of the iPhone 4 and features a rounded 3GS-like back panel. The website has assured its readers that this image is legitimate, but with so many rumors flying around it is very difficult to keep a track of what is fake and genuine fake ( Only the Apple knows the truth!).

Another UK based blog MobileFun.co.uk has also claimed of have iPhone 5 cases from a Chinese case manufacturer - indicating a possibility of a 3.7-inch edge-to-edge screen, a bigger home button and support for gesture-based controls. Another Chinese publication had earlier claimed that the device will support a 8 mega-pixel camera and a NFC enabled e-wallet service. One thing that we are sure about owing to these leaks is the fact that there will be no major overhaul happening with the iPhone 5 device.

There is no doubt that a lot of excitement surrounds the Apple's much touted device. Rumored to be powered by a A5 processor and run by the iOS 5, the device is expected to include several features like iCloud, improved messaging, photo-sharing and support for all Apple mobile devices.

The next generation iPhone is expected to hit the stores in September as indicated by BGR and a relatively small Italian iPhone website- which confirms the arrival of Apple iPhone 5 to US on September 5 and return of former Apple employees between August 15th and September 15th as part time workers to the stores.
