According to the latest report of the Informa research firm, Android Tablets will overtake iPad by the end of 2016. These five years is really a crucial period for all tablet manufactures, because in this period you can forecast that which tablet manufacturing company will rule the market.
According to the analyst David McQuuen, by 2013 more advanced and cheaper Android tablets will be introduced in the market and the sale of these tables will also increased considerably. By 2016 they are expected to surpass Apple’s iPad.
Informa expecting that in 2015, Apple’s current 75percent market share might fall down to 39 percent, whereas, Android market share will grow up to 38 percent. McQueen further added that in the recent years they have noted a huge explosion in the tablet market, as in 2010 over 200 millions tablet have been sold out in the market and they are expecting that this market will grow from strength to strength and over 230 million tablet is expected to be sold out by 2015.
As the options grow, consumers too move on to the new products. After the iPad it’s the Samsung galaxy Tab, which is rule the market. It’s one of the best-selling Android tablet at present. But its new versions can really make it the top most selling tablet of the world. Along with the Samsung many other companies like the Motorola mobility is also using Android on its devices.
Though, it’s expected that Android will be the new ruler of tablet market, it doesn’t mean that Apple is not aware of these facts. Apple has its own style to lead the market. So, this is something to ponder on -how Apple will retain its top seat and strengthen its market position against Android attack.
