Asus Eee pad transformer tablet is all set get Honeycomb 3.2 upgrade next month. It was expected from the company to roll out the OS upgrade for the tablet, which is quite popular globally due to its transforming unusual design.
According to a Mobile Indian report "The honeycomb 3.2 upgrade for the Asus transformer tablet will be made available for Indian audience by the end of August this year, only once the transformer tablet is made available across India which is expected to finish by the mid of august" an Asus India spokesperson told them.
The latest update will result in better performance as well as stability for the transformer tablet. Besides, the update includes display compatibility mode that is in-built for the tablet running Android operating system. It will not let the display to automatically resize according to the application, whereas it will assist users by providing them manual control to manage it as per their device's display.
It is likely that the Transformer tablets would be available with preloaded Honeycomb 3.2 after the launch of this update. However, there is no official word on it as of now.
Asus has plans to make the transforming Eee pad tablet available in all the parts of India by the mid of August. Soon after it the update is likely to be rolled out. As over the air upgrade option is not available in the country, so the users will have install the update manually on to their devices.
