How to assign ringtones for contacts and groups on the Nokia N8

Sometimes it's nice to know whose calling, whether it's your spouse, best mate or even your boss, and assigning a specific ringtone for specific people is probably the best way to do this.

To set up a ringtone for a contact on your Nokia N8 smartphone, follow these steps:

1. Go into Contacts, select the desired person then click Options then Edit
2. Now, select the Ringing Tone Field and the Ringtone
3. You’re done

Setting up Group Ringtones

1. Open "Groups" tab
2. Select and hold down on the Group name
3. A menu should pop-up, select Ringing Tone
4. Now choose a ringtone from the list
5. Done
