Set up a group
- Go to Contacts
- On the Groups tab, choose Options then New Group
- Choose a name for the group, then tap OK
Add members to the group
- Open the group you created, then choose Options and then Add members
- Scroll through your contacts and tap each one that should be in the group
- When you have chosen everyone who needs to be in the group, tap OK
Edit groups

On the Groups tab, choose the group you want to edit and tap Options
- Choose Rename to give the group a new name. Just type the new name then choose OK
- Choose Ringing tone to select a special ringtone for group members
- To add a member to a group open it by clicking the group name, then choose Options and then Add members
- To remove a member from a group open it by clicking the group name. Then highlight a group member, choose Options, then Remove from group
