Spice Mobile launches a dual SIM PDA phone for the Indian market, compatible with both GSM and CDMA technology

Spice Mobiles today launched a dual SIM, GSM and CDMA, PDA phone in the Indian market.
The model D-1111 is compatible with both GSM and CDMA technologies and users can use both SIM cards with a single phone at the same time.
The Spice D-1111 runs on Windows 6.0 OS and is aimed at working professionals. The phone features a 2 mega pixel camera and a memory back up up to 2GB.
The phone also comes preloaded with various value added applications like Nimbuzz, Mitr, Reuters and Opera mini browser.
Though the phone is not a touch screen phone, it features a touchpad for accessing emails.
Spice Mobile is the first country to introduce dual SIM phones in the country, D-88 being its first dual SIM phone. The company had also launched a dual SIM PDA phone D-1100 earlier but it can incorporate two GSM SIMs only.
The Spice D-1111 is priced at Rs 18,499
