We bring you the comparison between the Samsung Galaxy Ace and HTC Wildfire S

We compare two popular mobile phones, Samsung Galaxy Ace vs  HTC Wildfire S.


The Samsung Galaxy Ace appears a lot like a compact version of the popular handset Galaxy S. The device has been designed charmingly keeping some fairly complementing proportions. Galaxy Ace is designed in the measurements of 112.4 x 59.9 x 11.5 mm and it weighs 113 grams.

The Wildfire S quite similar to its predecessor, the original Wildfire and that was not an attractive mobile phone basically. It’s heavy and a quite dull in the looks. HTC Wildfire S comes in the dimensions of 101.3 x 59.4 x 12.4 mm and weighs 105 grams.

Samsung Galaxy Ace is more pleasant looks and comes in the sleeker frame than the Wildfire S, due to which it appears much more premium.

The display of Samsung Galaxy Ace not so exciting. The device comes embedded with a 3.5-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen that supports 320 x 480 pixels resolution and 164 dots-per-inch (dpi). The Samsung Smartphone comes equipped with TouchWiz 3.0 user interface, while it also offers a reinforced Gorilla Glass screen, an accelerometer sensor and multi-touch input.

One the other hand, the TFT capacitive touchscreen of Wildfire S is just 3.2-inches and offers the same resolution that Galaxy Ace have, but at a higher dpi that is 180.

The HTC smartphone is attributing the same toughened Gorilla Glass as well as an accelerometer sensor and offers HTC Sense UI.
However, the Wildfire S has a smaller screen but its picture quality is better then Ace, dude to its higher dpi.

The Galaxy Ace comes equipped with just 158MB of on-board RAM, while for the data storage you can use up to 32GB Micro SD and a 2 GB card comes with the phone.

While, the HTC Wildfire S comes with an internal memory and RAM in equal proportion with 512MB each and supports external Micro SD memory card of up to 32GB to enhance the memory.

However, none of them is spectacular when it comes to storage, but the Wildfire S is still better.
