Dual SIM LG Optimus Net and LG Optimus Sol hit pre-order today

The dual SIM LG Optimus Net and LG Optimus Sol are up on pre-order for Rs 10,699 and Rs 16,999 on Lets Buy

LG launched its dual-SIM Optimus Net in July this year followed by the LG Optimus Sol in September.

Both the Android Gingerbread-powered smartphones are now available online from Lets Buy. While the LG Optimus Net dual SIM has been priced at Rs 10,699, LG Optimus Sol is pegged at Rs 16,999.

It is hard to say much about the market’s response to these as the price for LG Optimus Net dual SIM is in competition with Micromax A75 and Spice Mi 350. And the LG Optimus Sol has its work cut out competing with the Sony Ericsson Neo V.

A recap on the specifications of both LG Optimus Sol and LG Optimus Net dual SIM

LG Optimus Sol has a 3.8-inch screen with 480x 800 pixel resolution. It uses an Ultra AMOLED capacitive touch screen that will definitely give it good display.

It is powered by a 1GHz Scorpion processor, which makes it a speedy phone. It runs on android, 2.3.4 (Gingerbread) operating software and has a dual camera set-up – rear 5-megapixel camera and front VGA camera.

The LG Optimus Net dual SIM is identical to its single SIM predecessor, having a 3.2-inch display with 320x480 pixel resolution and TFT capacitive display. The device is also Android, 2.3 (Gingerbread) operated and packs a 800MHz Qualcomm processor under its hood.
