1. Salora PowerMaxx Z

The latest offering from Salora boast of a 3200 mAH battery, which is higher than most of the phones available in similar price bracket, and at times even higher. Celkon recently launched a more powerful variant of its A119 Signature HD phablet. Dubbed A119'Q' Signature HD, the device boasts of impressive spec list like its siblings, with the exception of the processor. The A119'Q' Signature HD is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz. The device runs on Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean and sports a 5-inch IPS touchscreen with 720X1280 pixels resolution. It also flaunts a 12-megapixel auto-focus rear camera along with a 3-megapixel front camera which is really impressive for a device priced at Rs 12,499. Connectivity options are also plenty - Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G and GPRS. Other goodies include 2,100mAh battery which offers talkative upto 5-6 hours and 140 hours of standby time, 4GB of internal storage with 32GB support via microSD card slot and 1GB RAM.

3.Micromax Canvas Doodle A111

The dual-SIM Canvas Doodle A111 features a 5.3-inch capacitive display. The device packs in a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm MSM8225Q processor, Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean (out of the box) and 512MB RAM under the hood. It is also fitted with a 8-megapixel rear camera and a VGA camera to initiate video calling and chatting. On the storage front we have a 1.22GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card and a decent 2,100mAH battery life. The device comes bundled with a stylus.

4. Gionee GPad-G2

Another interesting Android phablet on the horizon comes from the Gionee stable. The 5.3-inch phablet called GPad-G2 is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor, PowerVR Series5XT GPU and 1GB RAM. It also bears a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash along with a 2-megapixel camera on the front.

The battery backup for the device stands at 3,000mAH with storage resting at 4GB internal memory with 32GB support using a microSD card slot. Consumers will also love the addition of a in-built DTS audio system and pre-loaded apps like Facebook, NQ Security, Twitter and YouTube among others.

5. Zen Ultrafone 701HD phablet

The Android, dual-SIM flagship smartphone from Indian mobile vendor Zen also brings in the raw quad-core power in form of Ultrafone 701HD. The 5-inch HD IPS display equipped phablet runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and a 1.2GHz quad-core Mediatek MT6589 processor.
