Samsung Galaxy Note specifications

The Korean mobile phone giant, Samsung has introduced its latest creation Samsung Galaxy Note, under its popular Galaxy range of smartphones.

The device is gorgeously designed with a big and glossy 5.3-inches display screen, supporting 800 x 1280 pixels resolution. The new Samsung Note equips a dual-core 1.4GHz processor and a 1GB RAM for faster performance. The mobile phone will be released in 2 different variants that are 16GB and 32 GB on-board memory respectively.

Note comes embedded with an efficient 8-megapixel rear camera that offers crystal clear images, moreover there is an another front facing  2-megapixel camera for video calling. The Samsung smartphone comes along with a stylus or S Pen for more easier and smoother working experience. The stylus slides inside its 9.65 mm thick casing of the phone.

The Galaxy Note supports several native applications like note-taking, photo viewers, email and IM. The latest device from the Korean mobile phone brand runs over Android 2.3.5, which is the new Gingerbread version with some enhancements.

The newly introduced Samsung Galaxy Note offers 5 launcher icons on the bottom of the lock screen, providing instant access even from the locked screen. To access them instantly, you just have to drag any of them you would like to use.
