The Samsung Galaxy S boasts of an amazing screen and Android 2.1 OS. The device also has the ability to turn itself into a wireless mobile access point – basically, a private Wi-Fi network to the less jargon-oriented among us!

To activate this useful feature, you need to follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the Samsung Galaxy S Settings menu.
  2. Locate Wireless and Network and enter.
  3. Once inside, open Mobile AP and activate it.
  4. Now, to test your Mobile AP, get another device and search for your Galaxy S’s network.
  5. Enter the password.
  6. Connect.
  7. Done. You now have a Mobile AP set up on your Galaxy S.
